The first test release for SuperSU on N Preview is available now from XDA (see the link below), both in ZIP and CFAR form.

There have been some changes to SELinux on N Preview, and virtually all important changes in this SuperSU release are related to that.

Of course, this version of SuperSU will allow the system to keep running in SELinux Enforcing mode.

~~Interestingly, last BETA release I noted some changes to how Samsung handles some SELinux things on their new Marshmallow firmwares, and some of those appear in N Preview as well. Not sure who inspired who or if it is just a coincidence.~~ Nevermind that, it seems I have misinterpreted something.

+Adi-Karta Dasa depends on how the integrity is verified on your system

Aaron Murray commented on 2016-03-13 at 17:26:

+Adi-Karta Dasa I wouldn't think so. Apparently the preview ota's are just repackaged system images, hence the size, unlike normal ota's which builds on the previous os version

Carlos Rodríguez commented on 2016-03-13 at 17:27:

Is this safe to flash in 6.0.1?

Many thanks.

Lawrence Hults II commented on 2016-03-13 at 17:55:

since Android N and Galaxy have the same functionality (split screening) I wonder if the SELinux changes aren't tied to that and to how resource sharing and permission sharing is split between two active apps.

but I'm just spitballing, though it would explain the similarities.

Gabriele Musco commented on 2016-03-13 at 21:28:

Works fine on my Nexus 6. Interestingly enough tho I wasn't able to remount /system as rw. The output in the terminal says that the device is busy. Just to let you know, but probably you knew it already ☺

Mihai Popovici commented on 2016-03-13 at 22:28:

Thank you. I was about to go back to M. But Now I have Adaway again

???

Chainfire commented on 2016-03-13 at 22:40:

+Gabriele Musco the toybox mount command itself on N preview is pretty broken. And they've removed the toolbox mount command altogether it seems. busybox has no issues whatsoever remounting. That is really messy, and an issue for root app devs.

Santos Chavez commented on 2016-03-14 at 00:13:

Wow, supporting N already, nice.
