CF.lumen updated (again) to v2.40

Just uploaded another update for CF.lumen to the Play store, this time version 2.40. Play will take a few hours before it's visible. As usual, the changelog and the update are already available from the XDA thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2711912 . Aside from minor bugfixes, these are some of the changes:

The night mode and color temperature adjustments of the original CF.lumen and Chainfire3D packages for Gingerbread are some of the most requested features that come through my inbox each day. Today I'm happy to announce that I've brought back these features to KitKat by way of a new version of CF.lumen !
